YOU WILL NEED--
1 large bunch of curly kale
5 large strawberries, diced
1 grilled chicken breast, diced
1 medium size cucumber, diced
3 tb hemp seeds
1/4 C of your favorite vinaigrette
1/4 C shredded carrot
1/4 C shredded raw beets
Tear kale leaves from stem, as it can be woody and tasteless. Tear it into bite size pieces. Add all other ingredients into a large bowl, and devour with a fork.
